(I'd kind of forgotten about those -- thanks for the reminder).
Still no reductions in N. Arlington in neighborhoods near the Orange Line. Homes in those neighborhoods seem firewalled-off from the slump elsewhere.
the question is what is the sales rate of n. arlington?

Good observation -- although these are just this week's reductions. You'd have to check the MLS to make that statement 100% accurate (as well it might be).
